Jordan turns 2 and it is all about the Wiggles. One of the hardest cakes I have made to date and it took me over 2 hours just to ice it. I was quite proud of this one though and it even hurt to actually cut it. ( I really didn't want to cut it at all) Never mind it was enjoyed and Jordan had a wonderful party.
A smaller version to share with some friends who couldn't get to the big party.
